Madeline Martinez oversees the daily operations of SCO Family of Services’ Executive Offices. In addition to scheduling meetings and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Executive Director, she often acts as the first point of contact for the agency – handling calls from consumers and family members to Board members, foundations and government agencies. She coordinates and prepares material for Board, Cabinet, Executive Council and Administrative Council meetings. Madeline is the go-to person for information, supporting every program and department whenever needed.

Madeline has worked at SCO since 1998, previously serving as Office Manager for the Bronx Family-Based Treatment Program, Assistant to the Quality Improvement Director, and Administrative Assistant for the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director, before becoming Special Assistant to the Executive Director in 2011.
